Project Description 120 seater city centre ‘high end’ grill restaurant
Our Brief To commercially develop a site where the majority of the trading area was in the basement. Therefore the challenge was create an attractive place to dine whether you are seated on the ground floor or the basement.
Our Scheme By forming a new entrance with a staircase directly opposite and by placing the pre- meal drinks bar in the basement, customers are positively encouraged downstairs. With the use of mood lighting & an open kitchen and the extensive use of highly detailed leather, wood and metal features, a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere oozing ‘retro industrial chic’ was achieved.
