Our Scheme The use of simple traditional timber detailing amid a refined colour palate and the use of natural stone materials mixed with luxurious fabrics throughout. A collection of different schemes for bedrooms emphasise that this was once a large manor house with separate buildings & uses. One of the most inventive of these spaces was the stables which were converted into bedrooms. We installed painted timber walls and an angled ceiling which becomes a special feature in the rooms. Through clever interior design achieve a seamless flow between the historic castle through to the newly built bedroom & conference wings. As a 5 star estate hotel, we created a timeless world classic which was recently recognised by Conde Nast as one of ‘The Hot Hotels of 2008’
